Description
Announced that applications to import 805 200 tonnes of rice under Minimum Access Volume (MAV) country-specific and omnibus quotas, subject to a 35 percent duty, would be opened to the private sector on 1 July 2015. Imported volumes are to comprise specialty rice and/or well-milled rice with less than 25% brokens and are to arrive no later than 30 November 2015.
