Description
Introduced subsidies to grain handlers for the shipment of grain through the Arctic port, Churchill, in order to lose wheat and barley after the end of Canadian Wheat Board (CBW) monopoly. The government will offer incentives of CAD 25 million (USD 25.1 million) over the next five years.
