Export ban, export licenses

Re-introduced the ban on milled rice exports and revoked the export licenses for 102 000 tonnes of rice awarded in an auction held on 7 November 2013. The measure is geared at averting domestic price increases and ensuring sufficient availabilities for the public rationing system.
