Export restrictions, minimum export prices
Description
Rescinded orders issued in June 2012, which established a minimum export price of Rupees 300 000 (USD 2 250) per tonne of paddy or rice and permitted only specific varieties of rice to be shipped abroad, subject to export licenses.
