Description
Extended coverage of the Export Refinance Scheme to brown rice exports (in bulk/loose packing) to all destinations, withdrawing the Letter of Credit requirement for such shipments. Only brown rice exports destined to European markets were covered by said scheme previously and upon presentation of a Letter of Credit.
