To provide a basis for the commodity strategy development process in West and Central Africa, FAO presented an analysis of the cocoa and coffee production and marketing systems in the region.  The report provides a basis to identify technical, institutional and policy options toward better cocoa and coffee strategies and revenue-raising diversification opportunities.
