These guidelines (APF) are designed for post disaster damages and needs assessments and rehabilitation response formulations in the agriculture sector. The APF can lend itself to sudden, as well as, slow-onset emergencies. A minimum guidance is provided in each of the sections with references to key documents for in-depth analysis. It is best to download the relevant annotated templates (Appendices 2, 3 and 8) and if necessary consult the main document, as referenced in each section of the annotated templates.
