Sunflower Day Event - Pakistan

On 16 May, hundreds of farmers from the flood-affected Sindh province in Pakistan, gathered in Koriani village to celebrate their sunflower harvest, together with members of the local and international community. Sunflower cultivation was a vital livelihood activity made possible for 58 500 families, thanks to FAO, with financial support from AusAID and DFID.
