Jun 2017

4.7 million people are struggling to feed themselves in northeastern Nigeria due to years of conflict. Ahead of the planting season, FAO is providing families with the tools they need to grow and sell food. Over 1 million people will benefit from emergency assistance. More than 2,000 tonnes of seeds and 3,000 tonnes of fertilizers have been distributed. Now families can rebuild their livelihoods and improve their nutrition.
