The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) is working with its Members and the entire international community for achievement of the Millennium Development Goals.
For this purpose FAO has developed a communication and information package on FAO and the Millennium Development Goals, which includes factsheets providing an overview of FAO’s involvement in each of the MDGs, a booklet describing FAO’s approach towards each of the Goals and the inter-linkages between them, and a poster.
All the materials have been prepared in the six official languages of FAO.
These materials can be accessed now at the recently updated FAO MDG website
( http://www.fao.org/mdg/en/ ).
Through the FAO MDG website you will also be able to access the official UN website of the Summit and other key documents and reports in the context of the Summit.
