Saint Kitts and Nevis
Data for Anguilla are included with those of Saint Kitts and Nevis.

Cyprus
As a result of the present situation in Cyprus, data refer to the government-controlled area only.

France
The customs area includes Monaco, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique and Reunion.

Italy
The customs area includes the Republic of San Marino. The Holy See and the communes of Livigno and Campione are excluded.

Netherlands Antilles
Through 1984, data refer to the trade of Curaçao, Aruba and Bonaire and exclude the islands of Saint Martin, Saint Eustatius and Saba. From 1985, data also exclude Aruba.

Panama
Data exclude the free zone of Colón and the Canal Zone.

Spain
The customs area includes Spanish North Africa.

United States
The customs area includes Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands.
