OBJECTIVES
To strengthen the statistical capability on food security and consumption analysis of french speaking countries of Sub Sahara Africa.
To derive relevant food consumption and security statistics from existing food data collected from past HIES through the application of the FAO methodology using the Food Security Statistics Module (FSSM) software.
To provide an opportunity for horizontal transfer of experience in food security among producers and users of food indicators within and between countries.
