Joint FAO/WFP evaluation of the project "Supporting the resilience of vulnerable populations in northern Mali"

Between 2015 and 2018, FAO and WFP implemented a joint programme funded by the European Union to build community resilience in northern Mali. This evaluation assessed strategic positioning of the first phase of the FAO-Turkey programme, its results and contributions, sustainability, as well as coherence and catalytic effects. 对粮农组织性别相关工作的评价

评估审查了2012  -  2017年粮农组织性别平等政策的实施情况。该评估的结论是,该政策与粮农组织的总体任务和战略目标密切相关。粮农组织已经为将性别观点纳入主流制度的机制给予投资,制定了若干技术准则和增强公众意识的文件,建立了伙伴关系,以便在项目实施中纳入性别层面,并在实现两性平等成果方面取得了重大进展。然而,该政策需要更新以反映外部发展,并应该附有指导其运作的行动计划。知识产品应更加具有针对性,以便在不同的部门和国家使用。粮农组织应利用其与农村社区的亲近关系,将自己定位为解决农村地区性别问题的核心伙伴,并应建立更具战略性和长期性的伙伴关系。缩减已被识别的差距和确保有效的性别主流化这一行动需要高层管理人员和地区办公室负责人做出强有力的承诺。因此,这需要粮农组织成员国的持续参与和成员政府的承诺,只有这样才可以有效支持"2030年可持续发展议程''中规定的两性平等承诺。
