对粮农组织在建立包容、高效的农业和粮食系统(战略目标4)方面所作贡献的评价

在当今相互连通的世界,随着各区域食品贸易和资源的全球化流动,需要对可持续消费和生产方式进行“系统思考”。粮农组织战略目标4计划重在开阔视角,从强调生产转向采用整体农业和粮食系统方法。此方法在为所有人生产和提供具有成本效益、健康和安全的产品方面努力优化资源效率,同时确保小农生产者、弱势消费群体和经济弱国得以纳入和融入。此评价发现该计划高度相关,但其粮食系统计划方法未能为人们所充分了解。农组织完全有条件支持各国建立可持续粮食系统,但需要更好地传播其价值内容,确保建立技能组合与更广泛利益相关方协作。应当推行创新资源筹集方法以产生重大影响。
