评价粮农组织通过“战略计划3”为农村减贫所做的贡献

本评价评估了在国家一级实施粮农组织农村减贫新办法的战略相关性和取得的进展。该评价发现,粮农组织的新办法除了涵盖社会保障和农村体面就业等长期性小农领域工作以外,还有助于支持多部门农村减贫应对措施的制定。粮农组织需要利借鉴早期成功经验,巩固所取得的成就,以全面证明新办法的功效。建议采取的部分行动包括:开展有针对性的能力建设工作,以及在方案设计阶段进行系统性贫困分析。随着此项工作在形势良好地区扩大规模,因地制宜地设定资源调集战略以及与合作伙伴开展更深入的合作,将是有益的。评价进一步建议对最佳做法加以分析,以提高粮农组织在促进性别平等方面所做的贡献。

评价粮农组织在沙特阿拉伯王国开展的技术合作援助工作

Evaluation of FAO’s contribution in the Republic of the Niger

Mid-term evaluation of the Conservation Agriculture Scaling-up project in Zambia
