Evaluation at FAO

Library

To increase accountability, enhance lessons learning and improve management decision-making, important findings and recommendations from FAO evaluations are made available to the public in the form of published reports. Prior to publication, these reports are subject to quality control through a standardized peer-review mechanism that allows relevant stakeholders to provide valuable feedback on initial drafts of the reports. To enhance readability and use by key stakeholders, FAO pays particular attention to ensuring that these reports are expressed in clear, unambiguous language and are of manageable length. FAO’s evaluation library contains these reports for interested stakeholders to download and use for programme improvement and for research or academic purposes.
