The Bangladesh Agricultural Farm Labour Federation (BAFLF) is a farmers' organization in Bangladesh. Agricultural workers constitute the largest sector of the population of Bangladesh, and in order to face the undue and unjust situations of agriculture and allied rural workers, the task of organizing agriculture workers was started in the year 1977 in Joydebpur, Gazipur and BAFLF was setup on through its first conference in Dhaka on 30th July 1978. Since inception, this organisation initiated struggle for attaining the demands of the workers such as guarantee of work, wages to survive, equality with respect to wage, leave, gratuity, medical facilities and job security. The BAFLF is engaged in protecting farmers' social rights, financial security, rights on seeds, among others. Along with social justice, it promotes sustainable agriculture among small farmers in Bangladesh.
