Louvain Cooperation is the NGO of the University of Louvain (UCLouvain) in Belgium and uses academic skills to meet the challenges of development. Active in Cambodia since 2004, Louvain Cooperation develops long term partnerships with local partners and governmental counterparts and aims to: 1) Improve quality and access to Non-Communicable Diseases services 2) Support food and economic security and the level of organisation of vulnerable rural populations through human and economic development and peer learning approaches 3) Strengthen civil society actors and their autonomy 4) Increase the links and the mutual learning between research and development practices
