Observer status to EUROGLACES is granted on the understanding that:
(1) EUROGLACES will only participate as such in Codex meetings when FoodDrinkEurope (formerly CIAA) is not represented;
(2) At meetings where FoodDrinkEurope (CIAA) is represented, EUROGLACES can only participate as part of the FoodDrinkEurope (CIAA) delegation and not speak as EUROGLACES; and
(3) EUROGLACES can submit written comments only on those issues for which FoodDrinkEruope (CIAA) does not submit any comments.
