لجنة التنسيق للدستور الغذائي في الشرق الأدنى - المنسق الإقليمي المملكة العربية السعودية

في عام 1999، أنشأت الدورة الثالثة والعشرون لهيئة الدستور الغذائي لجنة التنسيق الإقليمية لهيئة الدستور الغذائي في الشرق الأدنى، والتي جمعت بين بلدان منطقة الشرق الأدنى (لمنظمة الأغذية والزراعة) ومنطقة شرق المتوسط (لمنظمة الصحة العالمية)، وعقدت اللجنة اجتماعها الأول عام 2001 في القاهرة بمصر.

ويقع مقر المنسق الإقليمي الحالي للشرق الأدنى في الهيئة العامة السعودية للغذاء والدواء في الرياض.

تشمل أهداف المنسق في قيادة المنطقة في هيئة الدستور الغذائي تطوير وتعزيز جهات الاتصال لهيئة الدستور الغذائي واللجان الوطنية للهيئة، فضلا عن تحسين الاتصال والتنسيق بين أعضاء لجنة التنسيق لهيئة الدستور الغذائي في الشرق الأدنى، مع المناطق الأخرى ومع أمانة هيئة الدستور الغذائي.

ويتمثل الهدف الآخر في تطوير تبادل الخبرات العلمية والتقنية بين البلدان ذات الخبرة الواسعة في هذا المجال وتلك ذات الخبرة الأقل في المنطقة.

كما يهدف المنسق إلى تعزيز استخدام مواصفات هيئة الدستور الغذائي كأساس للتشريعات واللوائح الوطنية، ومواصلة العمل في تطوير ومراجعة مواصفات هيئة الدستور الغذائي مع مراعاة المصالح الإقليمية.

Egypt celebrates 50 years of participation in Codex Alimentarius

CCNE11 / Moving forward in facilitating safe trade in the region

Qatari authorities join forces on World Food Safety Day

The Qatar General Authority for Standardization and Metrology held World Food Safety Day events on 7 and 8 June under the theme “Food standards save lives”.
