分析和采样方法法典委员会 (CCMAS)

职责范围:(a) 确定适用法典分析和采样方法的标准；
(b) 作为法典与其他从事分析、采样方法及实验室质量保证系统工作的国际机构进行协调的机构；
(c) 根据上面(b)提及的其他有关机构提交的最后建议，明确规定一般适用于很多食品且符合法典标准的分析、采样参照方法；
(d) 审议、修改（必要时）并通过各（商品）法典委员会建议的分析和采样方法，但食品中农药和兽药残留的分析和采样方法、食品中微生物质量和安全的评估以及食品添加剂技术规格的评估不属于该委员会职权范围；
(e) 根据需要制定采样计划和程序；
(f) 审议食典委或其所属的任何委员会提交的具体采样和分析问题；
(g) 制定食品实验室研究能力评估以及实验室质量保证系统评估的程序、方案、准则或相关文本。
