Codex Committee on Contaminants in Foods

INTRODUCTION
From 4 April – 8 April 2016 approximately 230 experts and policy makers from around the world will gather in Rotterdam for the 10th meeting of the Codex Committee on Contaminants in Foods.
This information note provides practical information to conference participants.

VENUE AND DATES
The Government of the Netherlands is hosting this meeting, which will be held at the World Trade Center (WTC) in Rotterdam from 4 – 8 April 2016.

The official opening ceremony will take place on Monday 4 April at 09:00 hours.

REGISTRATION AND IDENTIFICATION BADGES
Participants are invited to pre-register through the Online Registration System (ORS).Your Codex Contact Point can access this system at the link below.
Registration of participants will take place at the World Trade Center on:
Sunday 3 April 2016: from 16:00–19:00
Monday 4 April 2016: from 08:00–16:00
Name badges will be distributed at the registration desk. Delegates are requested to wear name badges visibly in order to gain admittance to the Rotterdam Hall.

MEETING FOR FIRST TIME DELEGATES
Monday 4 April 08:30-09:00 at the Rotterdam Meeting hall of the WTC.
In this meeting you will receive information concerning the formal and informal procedures of CCCF10, and you will receive practical guidance on various subjects in relation to the session.
The meeting will also provide you with the opportunity to ask questions related to all aspects of CCCF10.
