Codex Committee on Food Hygiene

GENERAL INFORMATION

The 47th Session of the Codex Committee on Food and Hygiene will be held from November 9th–13th 2015 in Boston Massachusetts, United States of America.
The Session will begin at 09:30, Monday, November 9th. The Session will be conducted in English, French and Spanish.

On Sunday 8th November there will be three physical working groups:
1. Establishment of CCFH Work Priorities; 9:00–10:15
2. Guidelines on the Application of General Principles of Food Hygiene to the Control of Foodborne Parasites; 10:30-12:00
3. Proposed Draft Guidelines for the Control of Nontyphoidal Salmonella spp. in Beef and Pork Meat; 14:00 –17:00

There will be following side events to be held in conjunction with the Session:
1. Seminar for the first time delegates on Monday 9th November 8:30-9:00.

ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION

All participants should provide their information (names and addresses) through the online registration system by accessing the link below, latest by 13th November 2015.

Login and password for the online registration have been provided to all Codex Contact Points and Contact Point of Observers Organizations. If the login and password have not been received, please contact [email protected].
Only in case of technical difficulty, the registration form should be sent directly to the CCFH Secretariat.

The documents for the session are available in English, French and Spanish and will be placed on the Codex website as soon as they are prepared. NB! We kindly remind you to obtain all documentation from the Codex website prior to the meeting.
