GENERAL INFORMATION

The 51st Session of the Codex Committee on Food Additives will be held from the 25th to the 29th March 2019 in the Hilton Jinan South Hotel & Residences, Jinan, China. The Session will begin at 9:30 on Monday 25 March 2019.
The Session will be conducted in English, French, Spanish and Chinese.
Registration facilities will be open on Friday 22 March and Saturday 23 March 2019 from 08.00 to 16:00 and from 08.00 on Monday 25 March 2019.

PHYSICAL WORKING GROUPS

The two Working Groups will meet at the same location: the General Standard for Food Additives, from 09.00 on Friday 22 March to 12.30 on Saturday 23 March 2019; and the Endorsement/Alignment of the food additive provisions of commodity standards and relevant provisions of the GSFA, from 14:30 to 18:00 on Saturday 23 March 2019.

ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION

All participants should provide their information (names and addresses) through the online registration system by accessing the link below, latest by 26 February 2019.

Login and password for the online registration have been provided to all Codex Contact Points and Contact Point of Observers Organizations. If the login and password have not been received, please contact codex@fao.org.
Only in case of technical difficulty, the registration form should be sent directly to the CCFA Secretariat.

The documents for the session are available in English, French and Spanish. They will be placed on the Codex website as soon as they are prepared. NB! We kindly remind you to obtain all documentation from the Codex website prior to the meeting.
