GENERAL INFORMATION

The 38th Session of the Codex Committee on Methods of Analysis And Sampling will be held from 8th - 12th May 2017 in Budapest, Hungary.
The Session will begin at 10:00 on Monday 8th May 2017. The Session will be conducted in English, French and Spanish.

The Physical Working Group on on the review and update of CODEX STAN 234-1999 will meet on Sunday, 7 May 2017 at 09:00 at the same venue.
The Physical Working Group on Endorsement of Methods of Analysis and Sampling Plan Provisions in Codex standards will meet on Sunday, 7 May 2017 at 14:00 at the same venue (see here attached the Agenda Items and Background).
The Physical Working Groups will be conducted in English only.

ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION

All participants should provide their information (names and addresses) through the online registration system by accessing the link below, latest by 8th April 2017.

Login and password for the online registration have been provided to all Codex Contact Points and Contact Point of Observers Organizations. If the login and password have not been received, please contact [email protected].
Only in case of technical difficulty, the registration form should be sent directly to the CCMAS Secretariat.

The documents for the session are available in English, French and Spanish. They will be placed on the Codex website as soon as they are prepared. NB! We kindly remind you to obtain all documentation from the Codex website prior to the meeting.
