GENERAL INFORMATION ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION

The Second Session of Codex Committee on Spices and Culinary Herbs (CCSCH) will be held from 14th - 18th September, 2015 at The Lalit Golf and Spa Resort, Goa, India.

The Session will begin at 09:30 hours, Monday, 14th September 2015.
All meetings, registrations, and working groups will take place at the venue hotel. The Session will be conducted in English, Arabic, French, and Spanish.

Delegates are requested to use the Codex Online Registration System (ORS) on the Codex website. We encourage delegates to register by 10th August 2015.

Your Codex Contact Point (CCP) has been provided a username and password for the system. Please contact your CCP for assistance in registering online.

ONSITE REGISTRATION DESK

The Registration Desk at the Venue hotel will provide information and assistance to all the delegates. Registration facilities will be open on:

13th September, Sunday ---- 17:00 to 20:00 hours
14th September, Monday ----- from 08:00 hours

Upon receipt of the completed registration form, a badge will be given to the participants. Participants are kindly requested to wear their name badges visibly at all functions during the meeting.
