GENERAL INFORMATION

The 25th Session of the Codex Committee on Residues of Veterinary Drugs in Foods (CCRVDF25) will take place from May 25–29, 2020, in San Diego, California, at the InterContinental San Diego Hotel.

The session will begin on Monday, May 25, at 09:30 and will conclude after the adoption of the draft report on Friday, May 29.

ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION

All participants should provide their information (names and addresses) through the online registration system by accessing the link below, latest by 25th April 2020.

Login and password for the online registration have been provided to all Codex Contact Points and Contact Point of Observers Organizations. If the login and password have not been received, please contact codex@fao.org.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION

On-site registration (to collect your badges and other materials) will be available on Saturday, May 23 from 14:00 – 18:00, Sunday, May 24 from 08:00 - 18:00, and Monday, May 25 from 08:00 - 16:00.

PWG AND SIDE EVENTS

On Sunday, May 24, there will be a physical Working Group (PWG) in the morning from 9:00- 12:00 on the Priority List of Veterinary Drugs requiring evaluation or re-evaluation by the Joint FAO-WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA), followed by two afternoon Side Events: Data Quality Submissions to JECFA and Feed Carryover (specific times to be determined).
The PWG and Side Events will be in the Plenary Room (Pacific Ballrooms C & D).

The documents for the session are available in English, French and Spanish. They will be published on the Codex website as soon as they are prepared. NB! We kindly remind you to obtain all documentation from the Codex website prior to the meeting.
