Brazil case study to aid monitoring of use and impact of Codex standards

CCFH54/ Meeting concludes in Nairobi with agreements on revisions, guidelines and new work

The Codex Committee on Food Hygiene (CCFH) has concluded its 54th session, which was held for the first time in Kenya, co-hosted by the United States of America and Kenya. CCFH54/ A “meeting of two firsts” opens food hygiene discussions in Kenya
