营养和标签

随着技术的进步,如今可生产出满足无数消费者喜好和预期的食品。面对如此多的选择,现在的消费者往往面临着是否确切了解他们购买和消费的是什么的挑战。食品信息(如营养素和成分)在帮助消费者在购买食品时做出知情选择方面,比以往任何时候都更重要。

食品法典在营养和标签中的作用

食品法典就食品构成要求提供指导,使其具有营养安全性。食品法典还就食品的一般标签和生产者在标签上做出健康或营养声明(如“低脂肪”和“高脂肪”等术语)提供了指导。食品法典指导确保消费者了解他们正在购买的食品,并且“食品的营养构成正如标签所述”。

营养与特殊膳食用食品法典委员会应对一系列广泛的食品技术和监管问题,以促进预防营养缺乏症和饮食相关的非传染性疾病。食品标签法典委员会制定了食品包装营养信息的标准和准则,使消费者能够做出知情的食品选择。为了促进各成员国、主要行业协会和消费者组织积极参与,营养和标签委员会是影响食品系统和就各营养主题达成全球共识的重要工具。

CCNFSDU / willingness to complete work ensures follow-up formula text adopted

CCNFSDU / Council for Responsible Nutrition symposium open to all Codex delegates

The Council for Responsible Nutrition, a Codex Observer organization, will hold an in-person symposium on 5 March 2023 in Düsseldorf, Germany, prior to the Codex Committee on Nutrition and Foods for Special Dietary Uses (CCNFSDU). RUTF / New Codex guideline will protect vulnerable children
