Constitutional provisions

Right to water: No provisions regarding the right to water.
Natural resources: Article 33 of Chapter 14 regards the national economy and social welfare, and designates land, waters and natural resources under the powers of the state to be used for the benefit of the people. Sectors of production which are important for the country and affect the life of the people shall be under the powers of the State.

Water Supply and Sanitation
Provision of water services by public utilities or commercial organizations; water supply for domestic, industrial or other purposes; right to safe and clean drinking water and basic sanitation; quality of piped water; sewerage
