Constitutional provisions

Right to water: No provisions regarding right to water.
Natural resources: According to Article 43 the coasts are under the sovereignty and disposal of the state and public interest shall be taken into consideration with priority in the utilisation of sea coasts, lake shores or river banks, and of the coastal strip along the sea and lakes. Natural wealth and resources shall be placed under the control of, and put at the disposal of the State. The right to explore and exploit resources belongs to the state. The State may delegate this right to individuals or public corporations for specific periods (Article 168).
