Right to water: No provisions regarding the right to water.

Natural resources: According to Paragraph 12 of Article 1 rights over natural resources are vested in the State. The rights over mineral resources, rivers, lakes and forests shall vest in the State and are the properties of the State. The Parliament may also declare any part of the country to be a National Park, Wildlife Reserve, Nature Reserve, Protected Forest, Biosphere Reserve, Critical Watershed and such other categories meriting protection (Art. 5).
