For the purposes of this analysis, eleven broad farming systems have been identified. The geographical distribution of nine of the farming systems is indicated in the Map. The Urban Based and Tree Crop Farming Systems are not mapped. A brief description of each farming system appears in the document, and four are analysed in greater depth in subsequent links.
