• any retired staff member of a United Nations organization or agency that belongs to the United Nations system who has had a minimum of five years of service with such organization or agency and receives or is entitled to receive, upon retirement, a benefit from the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF);
• the spouse of a member;
• the surviving spouse of a member, provided that the spouse receives a benefit from the UNJSPF;
• the surviving spouse of a staff member of one of the United Nations organizations or agencies referred to above who would have become entitled to membership;
• the recognized surviving dependant(s) of a member provided such dependant(s) receive(s) a benefit from the UNJSPF;
• a serving staff member of FAO, IFAD or WFP as associate member.

NOTE: In both cases a recent passport size photograph should be submitted together with a copy of the completed and signed form and the payment of the membership fee you have opted for.
