- 可持续渔业生计计划(SFLP)
The Programme, which started its activities in November 1999, is financed by DFID for a period of five years and is implemented by FAO in 25 West African countries. The Programme Coordination Unit of SFLP is located in the Department of Fisheries, FAO (Rome, Italy) and the Regional Support Unit in Cotonou (Benin).
- Fisheries Management Science Programme (FMSP)
The FMSP is a research initiative funded by the United Kingdom Department for International Development (DFID) aimed at increasing food security and opportunities to generate income for those in developing countries through more sustainable management of both inland and marine, capture and enhancement fisheries. FMSP research has produced a range of outputs including guidelines, methodologies and software packages which will be of interest and use to fisheries managers, researchers, development practitioners and policy makers.
