Key Fisheries Department publication presented as "fact sheets" by GreenFacts

2 December 2005 -- "The State of World Fisheries and Aquaculture" (SOFIA), the flagship publication of the FAO Fisheries Department, is now available in fact-sheet format. GreenFacts, a non-profit organization, compiled the content of the 2004 English version of SOFIA into a collection of reader-friendly summaries.

GreenFacts publishes a multilingual Web site which consists of faithful summaries of the best scientific consensus documents on environment and health issues, peer-reviewed and published under the authority of a scientific board composed of independent specialists.
