| English | This document is the final report of the Technical Consultation on the Future of the Fishery Committee for the Eastern Central Atlantic (CECAF), which was held in Lagos, Federal Republic of Nigeria, from 27-30 November 2001. The major topics discussed were (i) Status of the fishery resources in the CECAF area, (ii) Regional cooperation in fishery resources conservation and management, (iii) Possible options for the future of CECAF and (iv) Review of preliminary draft agreement for a regional fishery body. |
