Article VI of the Compliance Agreement lists the information with respect to each fishing vessel entered in the record (maintained by each Party) which each Party should make readily available to FAO. Such vessel specifications are divided into mandatory and optional. Additional fields are requested from the Parties for the purpose of uniquely identifying high seas fishing vessels.
