GISFish visitors: GISFish visitors: The total number of visits to the publications section of GISFish from January 2009 to date totals over 67,622 and the overall number of publications downloads from GISFish have been over 7,000. GISFish Members: To date, there are 206 members from 65 different countries. African Water Resource Database: 300different datasets have been downloaded from the AWRD archive from 1 January 2009 to date. The total number of downloads from around the world have been 4,551. New issue: Aquaculture and Marine Fisheries

The next newsletter of GISFish for July 2009 will announce the release of the marine fisheries component of GISFish. The overriding goal of this new component is solving problems in marine fisheries using GIS, remote sensing and mapping.
