| Abstract:
| These Regulations are formulated according to the Law of Animal Disease of the People's Republic of China, and others rules and regulations concerned with. Article 3 gives the definitions of animal and animal products. The performance of preventing, controlling, ceasing the animal disease and supervision work are entrusted to the responsible department of the local government. Chapter 2 concerns the prevention of animal disease. Chapter 3 provides for the measures shall be taken in order to control and cease the disease. Chapter 4 regulates the inspection of animal and animal products. Chapter 5 provides for the procedures of supervision work and the responsibilities of staff. Chapter 6 is legal responsibilities. |
