Abstract: This Ordinance regulates the culture of pearl oysters. It provides for the delimitation of cultivation areas (sect. 5), for the obligation of holding a licence (sect. 6), for offences (sects. 8 and 9) and enforcements measures (sects. 11-13). It consists of 17 sections and 1 Schedule listing pearl oysters species.
Comment: This ordinance was amended by ordinance No. 14 of 1959, G.N.A. No. 30 of 1959 and ordinance No. 32 of 1960.
