تقوم المنظمة بتحديث مجموعات بياناتها الإحصائية الخاصة بالأغذية والزراعة من خلال توفير أحدث المعلومات المتاحة على المستويات العالمية والإقليمية والقطرية. وتنشر أحدث مجموعات البيانات في قاعدة البيانات الإحصائية الموضوعية (FAOSTAT) وهي أكبر قاعدة بيانات عالمية تتيح الحصول مجانًا على الإحصاءات المتعلقة بالأغذية والزراعة. ويتم دعم إصدارات البيانات من خلال نشر الموجزات التحليلية ذات صلة التي تسلّط الضوء على المعلومات الرئيسية الواردة في مجموعات البيانات وتوفير المراجع ومناقشة الاتجاهات الجديدة.
