And be part of a worldwide mobilization of stakeholders to help reduce food losses and waste.

The Community of Practice (CoP) on food loss reduction is a global convener and an integrator of knowledge related to post-harvest loss (PHL) reduction. It offers a platform to facilitate linkages and information sharing amongst stakeholders and relevant networks, projects and programs such as SAVE FOOD and SDC funded projects on post-harvest management. 

In being a member of the CoP, you can:

  • be informed on projects and programs on food loss reduction and post-harvest management
  • participate to online moderated discussion fora, stay tuned on relevant news and events
  • access links to online libraries, databases, repositories with relevant materials
  • participate in online trainings and access e-learning modules on post-harvest management

FAO, IFAD and WFP welcome all stakeholders and partners – private or public – to join this Community of Practice on food loss reduction.
