The detailed assessments of JECFA are set out in reports published in the WHO Technical Report Series.

These reports contain concise toxicological evaluations and the chemical and analytical aspects of each substance reviewed by JECFA, as well as information on the intake assessment.

In addition, the reports also contain general considerations relating to the risk assessment methodologies and procedures applied by JECFA.

The report reflects the agreed view of the Committee as a whole and describe the basis for the conclusions.

In the very rare event in which some members cannot accept all of the conclusions, a minority report may be included as an annex.

The reports are available for view and download at the WHO JECFA Web site in chronological order.

More detailed information on the data used in the evaluations can be found in the WHO Food Additive Series (FAS).
