Good businessTuesday and Wednesday are market days in the nearby town of Fayum. There, I get around 20 pounds (US$3.50) for each rabbit. I am very happy to make my own money. It pays for my school fees and for buying vegetables and fruit from the market. We plant some varieties of vegetables on our piece of land. But we usually buy tomatoes, potatoes and onions from the market. |
