Herd health

Today we have to treat a few goats against diarrhoea. We also have to vaccinate three kids.

Myna, the treasurer of the cooperative, is helping me because it is difficult to give the injection and keep the goats quiet at the same time. The vaccines and treatment were also provided by the TeleFood fund.

Myna taught us how to take care of the goats. She does a lot of voluntary work with our cooperative, organizes literacy classes and teaches us about nutrition and hygiene.
