The FAO Forestry Department, on behalf of the International Poplar Commission, maintains a database of poplar and willow experts. These contacts are categorized by area(s) of expertise and are presented in alphabetical order based on last name.

Select a category from the table of contents on the left to get a full listing. Alternatively, you can select the country you are interested in from the drop-down menu at the top of the table of contents.

As the last is now outdated ALL specialists should register their poplar or willows expertise. The new directory instructions and the downloadable form are now available. Please e-mail a copy of the form and a summary curriculum vitae to sebastiani@populus.it and jim.carle@fao.org

Suggestions for amendments and corrections to contacts in the database should be sent to the database administrator at foris-networking@fao.org.
