Description: The Bureau of the African forestry and Wildlife Commission (AFWC) will hold its second inter-sessional meeting on June 4 and 5 in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo. The purpose of the meeting is to plan for the Seventh Session of the Commission and the first ever African Forestry and Wildlife Week, which are slated for February 2010 in Brazzaville. The two days meeting will be attended by members of the Bureau of the Commission and its Working Party on Wildlife and Protected Areas and staff of the FAO.
