Agrovoc

Agrovoc is a multilingual agricultural thesaurus in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. It is used for the description of information sources in the fields of agriculture, fisheries, forestry, nutrition, food safety and related subjects, such as the environment. Agrovoc's main role is in standardization of indexing to make searching simpler and more efficient and to provide the user with the most relevant records.

FAOLEX - Forestry

Created by the FAO Legal Office, FAOLEX stores full-text copies of international treaties, laws and regulations related to food, agriculture and renewable natural resources.

FAO MediaBase

The MediaBase is FAO's digital photo archive. Users can search the system with keywords and/or by region and results are presented as small thumbnail previews of the pictures along with a short caption and basic information about when and where the picture was taken. Clicking on the corresponding number will bring up a larger version of the picture and more detailed textual information.
