Forestry contact database

The forestry contacts database contains information on numerous organizations and individuals involved in forestry issues worldwide. The contact information is organized into two broad categories:

• official contacts - FAO interacts with a number of official country counterparts in forestry which are nominated by FAO member countries as focal points for various issues.
  These include:
  • heads of forest services;
  • global forest resources assessment focal points;
  • national forest programme focal points
• individuals

Suggestions for amendments and corrections to contacts in the database should be sent to the database administrator at foris-networking@fao.org
